We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people with disability.

What we offer:

  • Flexible hours available across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends

  • Ongoing casual shifts

  • Opportunity to work up to 38 hours per week, depending on your availability

The role involves:

  • Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals

  • Providing support in day programs and within the community

  • Assisting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and everyday activities

  • Encouraging independence, choice, and inclusion

About you:

  • Reliable, empathetic, and motivated to support people with disability

  • Passionate about inclusion and person-centred support

  • Able to work flexibly and as part of a supportive team
