Jordan Bissaker - CEO

Jordan is a proud Cenny Coast local and the founder of Coast Care Support, where he leads a dedicated team of support workers committed to making a difference.

His journey into care began as a teenager, supporting his grandfather who had physical disabilities. This experience inspired him to start a career in aged care, before moving into the mental health sector. Over the past six years, Jordan has focused on providing meaningful support to individuals, families, and the broader community living with disabilities.

‘Through my experience, I have noticed the need in the community for support businesses like ours to provide a more person centred approach to supports, building a strong relationship to those we serve with open communication and personalised service.’

With that need, came the birth of Coast Care Inclusive Support Services - a boutique inclusive support service that specialises in assisting individuals and families living with a disability throughout the Central Coast.
